  • VKYUZA does not charge any fees for auditions or debut preparation

  • Selected talents will be provided with a custom Live2D model designed by our in-house artists

  • Contract terms will be discussed in detail before any binding agreement

  • We do not guarantee debut for all selected candidates; final decisions depend on various factors

  • Applicants must not be under exclusive contract with another VTuber agency

  • False information in applications will result in immediate disqualification

  • Communication during the audition process will be conducted via email only

THE STORY

  1. Founded in 2026, VKYUZA is a yakuza-themed VTuber agency built from the ground up by a single creator’s vision.

  2. VKYUZA takes inspiration from Japanese yakuza and mafia culture, reflecting a close-knit oyabun–kobun style of relationship. Since Koyuki designs and creates every model, they’re often referred to as the characters’ “papa” (パパ).

  3. This agency was founded to bring Koyuki’s designs and creative vision to life, while giving talented individuals the opportunity to become the voice and personality behind each persona. We don’t chase trends or copy what’s popular. We build identities, cultivate presence, and create personas.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Audition materials from unsuccessful applicants are deleted within 6 months of the final decision unless consent is given for longer retention.

WHAT IS VKYUZA?
VKYUZA is a yakuza and mafia-inspired VTuber agency focused on original characters, distinctive design, and a unified brand.
IS THIS A ONE-PERSON AGENCY?
VKYUZA is primarily run by Koyuki, with support by Hiryu, who helps with operations and talent management. More support roles may be added as the agency grows.
WILL THERE BE LORE AND STORY?
Yes. World-building, character lore, and character concepts are a core part of VKYUZA’s vision.
AUDITIONS & TALENT
ARE AUDITIONS FOR SPECIFIC MODELS OR THE AGENCY?
Auditions are for the models and designs that have already been revealed. General auditions may be an option in the future, as Koyuki already has plans for new designs.
DO TALENTS CHOOSE THEIR MODEL?
Casting is based on best fit between the talent and the character, but they can choose which character they would like to audition for.
DO TALENTS PAY FOR ASSETS?
Core assets like models and illustrations are provided. Talents will be given a budget for their own overlays and streaming assets. Outsourced services such as video editing or audio mixing depend on the agency’s current funds and may not always be available.
WHAT ARE THE REVENUE SPLITS AND IS THERE A SALARY?
Our revenue split is 55/45 in the talent’s favor for the first year. If the contract is renewed, this changes to an 80/20 split in the talent’s favor for the second year. At this time, we do not offer a fixed salary. Earnings are performance-based through revenue sharing. See full revenue split at the bottom of the page.
CAN BODY FEATURES BE ADJUSTED?
Some adjustments may be possible. We aim to respect the character’s core identity while allowing room for personal expression. However, we’re working toward more customisation over time (like skin tone and certain features) where it fits the character.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR MOST?
Someone who enjoys what they do, stays consistent, and to break out of their comfort zone.
DO YOU HAVE PERSONALITIES IN MIND?
Yes. Each character has a concept, but the talent’s personality will shape how that character comes to life.
DO I NEED TO REBRAND?
In most cases, yes. VKYUZA characters are separate identities with their own names and branding. However, you don’t need to completely discard your previous brand.
CAN TALENTS POST NSFW CONTENT?
Yes, talents may post NSFW content as long as it complies with all platform Terms of Service and the platform’s guidelines.

WILL THERE BE MERCH?
Yes. Merchandise is planned for the future and will be announced on official channels.
WILL THERE BE A DISCORD SERVER?
Maybe in the future, but we don’t currently have the team to properly manage a Discord server right now.
